With over 25 years of corporate experience, Rasso Bartenschlager is the General Manager of Al Masaood’s Power Division, overseeing a team of 300. He joined Al Masaood in 2014, managing key brands including mtu, a Rolls-Royce Solution, Volvo Penta, and Leroy Somer in the UAE, Iraq, and Bahrain. Specialising in marine propulsion, power generation, and sustainable fuel solutions, Rasso has led his team to set industry standards in fuel efficiency, hybrid, and alternative fuel systems. His leadership has played a crucial role in raising the bar for the power generation sector in the region, implementing innovative practices and driving growth.

With a career spanning over 28 years in sales and performance-driven roles, Tarek Khodair is currently the Head of Power Solutions at Al Masaood Power Division. He leads the planning and execution of sales and aftersales budgets for the power generation, industrial, and marine sectors across the UAE and Bahrain. In addition, he oversees the sales and aftersales strategies for key products, including Rolls-Royce Power Solutions, Volvo Penta, and Leroy Somer.

Hamed Abousena is the Key Account Manager – Client Relations at Al Masaood Power Division, overseeing strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders. With over 20 years of experience in shipbuilding, marine, diesel engines, power gensets, and contract management, Hamed specialises in nurturing long-term client relationships. His expertise in delivering tailored power solutions has been instrumental in driving business growth and meeting industry demands. Committed to building strong connections, Hamed plays a key role in ensuring Al Masaood Power’s continued success and its reputation for excellence in the market.

Ahmed Aboushanab is the Training Manager at Al Masaood Power Division, leading the training department with a focus on excellence and employee development. With over 20 years of experience in diesel engines, he has developed a strong expertise in training programmes and after-sales services. Ahmed has been instrumental in enhancing skills across the organisation, ensuring critical expertise is transferred effectively. Prior to joining Al Masaood, he worked with leading engine manufacturers, specialising in engine diagnostics, technical training, and customer support.
