On 30th January, Power Division’s Team gathered at the Jumeirah Saadiyat Island Resort for the Annual Review and Mechatronics Graduation Ceremony. The event was attended by our leaders, who joined us to reflect on our performance in 2024, discuss our future plans, and celebrate the achievements of our Mechatronics programme graduates.
The review provided an in-depth overview of the Power Division’s performance throughout the past year. We highlighted key milestones, celebrated innovation, and discussed the division’s goals and initiatives for the future. It was a great opportunity to align on where we’ve come from and where we’re heading.
A key highlight of the event was the graduation of the first cohort from our Mechatronics programme. These talented Emirati graduates were recognised for their hard work, skill development, and completion of the programme. Their achievements represent a significant milestone, and we are excited to see them contribute to the workforce with the expertise they’ve gained.
In addition to the graduation ceremony, we welcomed a new group of apprentices to the Power Division Team and took a moment to recognise those who successfully completed their first year in the two-year apprenticeship programme. Their growth and dedication are essential to our continued success.
The division also celebrated the outstanding performance of our top employees, whose exceptional contributions have been pivotal to the division’s achievements throughout the year. Their hard work and commitment are a true reflection of the talent within our team, and we expressed our gratitude for their dedication.
Following this, we took the time to recognise the Corporate Support Department for their invaluable assistance and hard work in supporting the Power Division throughout 2024. Their behind-the-scenes efforts have been instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our division, and we deeply appreciate their ongoing support.
The event ended with a fun and engaging team-building activity, where teams worked together to build pasta towers, a creative and light-hearted challenge that encouraged collaboration and reflected our engineering background.
The day was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our collective achievements, recognise the hard work of every team member, and look forward to the exciting opportunities ahead. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished and excited to continue working together as we move forward into the next chapter.
